- Co-Founder of eRecruiter.com, a provider of human resource management (HRM) applications for recruiters and HR professionals in the corporate, university, association, and not-for-profit environments
- Founder of iSold.com, an auction software company (acquired by Clarus in May 2000)
- Director of Product Development at Paradigm Investment Services leading the development, design and deployment of Internet-based financial tools.
