Mr. Gagné is the author of "The Decagon Theory" from which the company's name and approach to accelerating and maximizing shareholder value are derived. Mr. Gagné is a seasoned executive with over twenty-five years professional experience with over twenty years as a C-level executive driving the profitability and growth of both public and private companies in a broad range of industries including: software, internet and database technologies, direct marketing, hospitality, e-commerce, telecommunications and construction.
